| Usage | 1. Require the ground to be solid, free of oil and debris, dust-free, and level. If there are holes or fine cracks on the ground, epoxy putty can be used to fill them flat. After drying and polishing, they can be coated. Cleaning the new cement floor with 3% dilute hydrochloric acid and coating it after drying can enhance the durability of the paint film |
| 2. The paint must be thoroughly mixed before use. If the viscosity is too thick, a matching diluent can be used to adjust it to the construction viscosity |
| 3. Suggested matching: sealing primer → soil coating → color paint (2 coats) → topcoat varnish. The coating of each coat must be separated by more than 3 hours. In case of rainy and low-temperature weather, the construction interval of each coating can be appropriately extended. It is recommended to maintain the painted floor for one week before putting it into use |
| 4. If there is a higher requirement for the surface hardness of the paint film, it can be used in conjunction with the main paint: curing agent=10:1.5-2 ratio. When using the matching curing agent, it should be prepared and used according to the actual amount to avoid waste |
