Bottom coat: epoxy primer or sealing primer, with a reference dosage of about 0.15 KG/㎡, which should be determined according to the on-site substrate conditions to achieve uniform film formation |
Intermediate coating: Depending on the flatness and strength of the substrate, apply quartz powder (or quartz sand) mixed with epoxy intermediate coating to the desired thickness |
Topcoat: Roll the high bonding epoxy floor topcoat mixture onto the sealed primer or intermediate coat |
Storage period | Sealed storage in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 12 months. If it exceeds the shelf life and passes inspection, it can still be used |
